Purpose of Roadmap: Development to GM or AD

Requirements:

• Active In good standing, not on Notice of Understanding, and at least 18
• Have worked for D’s for at least 3+ months
• and is able to show proof of Driver's License upon promotion Offer

What is the D’s Roadmap?

• Grow your career to the next level and, over time, become a strong choice for the next open position.
• Gain the knowledge and experience to be more confident and prepared when you enter the role.
• Build your strengths around systems, tools, processes, and D’s Power Skills.

Once approved by your AD and DO, your Training Partner will reach out to review the program and answer any questions you may have.

How does it work?

• Development is based on our G5 categories and D’s Power Skills.
• Everyone has a Guide — a successful leader who supports and mentors you through your development. This could be your GM on the GM Path or your AD on the AD Path.
• Each month, you’ll be asked to update Captain D’s on your progress. Completing these updates helps your Training Partner understand where you are and how they can best support you.
• It’s self-driven — it’s your development, and you can move at your own pace.
• Embrace the “JustbeD’s” culture and embody what D’s is all about.
