Purpose of Roadmap: Development to GM or AD

Requirements:

• Active In good standing, not on Notice of Understanding and at least 18 years old
• has worked for D's at least 3+ months
• and is able to show proof of Driver's License upon promotion Offer

What is the D's Roadmap?

• Grow your career to the next level and over time become a D's General Manager.
• Gain the knowledge and experience to be the best choice and more confident when you enter the role.
• Grow your strengths around systems, tools, processes and level up your "Power Skills".

Once approved by your AD and DO, your Training Partner will reach out to you to and review the program and answer any questions you have.

How does it work?

• Based on our G5 categories and D's Power Skills.
• Everyone is assigned a Guide. This is a successful GM or above that is there to support and mentor you through your individual development to General Manager.
• Each month you'll be asked to update Captain D's on your progress. Please complete these requests each month. This allows your Training Partner to know where you are at and how they can better support you.
• It’s self-driven- it’s your development, you can move at your own pace.
• Embrace the “JustbeD’s” culture- embody what D’s is all about.
